During Louisiana’s 2018 session, legislation was introduced to ensure that negotiated discounts and rebates paid by biopharmaceutical companies would be passed on to patients. Due to the complexity of this issue, a significant amount of groundwork and education was needed. To support this effort, Moore worked with the Patient Access for Louisiana coalition to engage physician, patient, and business organizations to champion this legislation and explain its impact on Louisianans. 

Through engagement of 30 advocate spokespersons and implementation of a digital campaign garnering 3.4 million targeted impressions, Moore helped support the unanimous passage of patient savings legislation that was the first of its kind nationally.
