As president, she relishes in going after big clients and always brings her best to every conversation and project. And while Terrie and Moore maintain a fast pace, employees can count on her to send encouraging emails, ask about their families and acknowledge their work.

As Moore prepares to celebrate its 25th year, Terrie is focused on expansion and working with clients who are making a positive difference in the world. Under her leadership, Moore has been ranked as a top-75 firm in the nation by O’Dwyer’s and included in Inc. magazine’s list of the top 5,000 fastest-growing companies.

Terrie oversees the firm’s account servicing and production teams. She brings to the role more than 20 years of marketing and business strategy experience in industries including health care, education, workforce development, retail and agriculture. She is an expert in corporate positioning and branding, communications strategy and crisis communications.

Terrie’s leadership has been the foundation for Moore’s workplace culture. Team members can bring their pets to the office, participate in the company wellness program and leave early on Flex Fridays. Thanks in large part to her vision, Moore has been named a Florida Trend Best Place to Work and received the National Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award by The American Psychological Association.

Before joining Moore, Terrie led national marketing campaigns at the Florida Department of Agriculture. A graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications, Terrie is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and a Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC). She has been recognized as one of 850 Magazine’s “40 Under 40” and is a recipient of the Florida Public Relations Association Stanley Tait Award for Leadership.

Terrie is a member of the Executive Committee for the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. Her favorite part of the day is driving her daughter to school in the morning. The quality time and conversation ground her and prepare her for the busy day ahead.
