Air-traffic controller, cutter of red tape, the grease and the glue. All of those titles apply to Whitney who is known for getting things done. In the fast-paced world of integrated communications, she keeps tasks running smoothly and on time for Moore and our clients.

Whitney’s expertise in sales, advertising and communications, allows her to balance several important roles. She serves as executive assistant to CEO and founder Karen Moore and to President Terrie Ard, helping them manage their busy calendars and responsibilities. Finally, she takes on a variety of tasks that can include everything from proofreading to assisting with media pitches.

In 2016, for example, Whitney served as project manager for the production of Karen’s book, “Behind the Red Door: Unlock Your Advocacy Influence and Success,” an Amazon bestseller and highly-regarded resource for companies, organizations and individuals building advocacy initiatives.

Before joining Moore in 2013, Whitney was a sales assistant for Clear Channel Media + Entertainment, where she helped account executives with production schedules and contracts, while planning annual events such as the FSU Coaches Luncheon. She also worked as general manager of Tallahassee Powersports, where she kept a staff of 25 motivated and excited. Under Whitney’s leadership, the dealership was one of five in the Southeast to receive the Customer Service Excellence award in 2007.

Originally from Alpine, Texas, Whitney has a degree in Communications Studies from Texas Tech University. She and her husband have one son. They all enjoy fishing for trout, redfish and shark out of St. Marks, Florida.
