TALLAHASSEE, FL (August 10, 2026) – Moore, a nationally recognized strategic communications and public affairs agency, announced the addition of Elias Castilla to its growing Public Affairs team. Based in South Florida, Castilla brings experience spanning federal government communications, legislative affairs, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement, further strengthening Moore's ability to help clients navigate increasingly complex public policy and public affairs challenges.
Castilla joins Moore with experience supporting public affairs and policy initiatives across multiple federal institutions, including the United States Senate, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
