Robust and hands-on, Moore’s internship program immediately immerses students into our spirited culture and creative workflow. Our interns ask questions and shine by thinking critically and creatively as we all work together.
Former interns have gone on to work in agencies, not-for-profits and as in-house communications professionals at major companies. Some have even been recruited to work full-time at Moore.

Corporate wellness is more than a sick day policy. We created our wellness program to encourage nutrition, exercise and overall balance. Team members can participate in healthy potlucks, lunch-and-learns and friendly challenges. It’s one reason our employee retention, in an industry known for rapid turnover, is strikingly high.
Our wellness program was recently featured in a case study by the CDC as a model for other agencies to follow – and was one of six agencies recently recognized by the American Psychological Association for having healthy workplace practices.
