Most people would be reluctant to challenge the status quo on their first day at a new job, but Jordan isn’t like most people. (Lucky us!) On her first day at Moore, she gave her honest assessment of the agency’s proposed rebranding: It needed more work.
“If you can’t talk to me in a humanized way about what it means to you, then you haven’t nailed it,” she said. Jordan was right, and Moore changed its direction. Since then, she has continued to ask “Why?” and motivate us all toward excellence. Her open style of communication makes her a trusted counselor to leadership, team members and clients.
As vice president of client services, Jordan understands the goals, objectives and desired outcomes of each client, whether B2B, B2C, government, an association or nonprofit. Her expertise has driven powerful results for clients including Lincoln Motor Company, Florida KidCare, Hancock and Whitney Bank, and the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services. She is known for her ability to combine creativity and strategy and is equally comfortable collaborating on branding campaigns and developing workflow processes.
Jordan is Accredited in Public Relations (APR) and a Certified Public Relations Counselor (CPRC). She brings more than a decade of communications and branding expertise to Moore from work within public relations agencies, in-house organizations and as an independent consultant. In addition, she oversees Moore’s professional development program and ensures that all team members have the tools and resources they need to excel.
The loves of Jordan’s life are her children, Jack and Sloan, and her husband, Will. She enjoys food, wine and travel. When she’s not listening to a marketing podcast, she likes to relax with some British Chick Lit.
