Driven by Results

Johnson & Johnson

Sun Safe Florida

When local bans threatened consumer access to high SPF sunscreens in Florida cities, Moore launched a strategic communications campaign, including grasstops & grassroots mobilization, to successfully stop proposed local bans and pass state legislation to protect consumers’ rights to purchase high SPF sunscreens.

Patient Access Louisiana

Passage of Patient Savings Legislation

To advocate on important patient access issues in Louisiana, Moore created a coalition of 30+ patient, physician and business groups. Moore activated this coalition to help pass state legislation to ensure patients are informed of more affordable alternative medications or payment options, and that savings are passed to the patient by lowering out-of-pocket costs at the pharmacy counter.

Florida Sheriffs Association

Passage of Amendment 10

When initial polling showed only 25% of Florida voters supported Amendment 10, Moore led a strategic campaign delivering the right messages on the right channels to educate voters, shift sentiment and secure passage of this ballot initiative.
